At Dia Alwaa, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our made-to-order pieces. Because each garment is created specifically for you upon order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items Every piece undergoes a thorough quality control check prior to dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at dia.alwaa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work diligently to resolve this promptly for you.

Color Variation Notice Please note that slight color variations may occur due to studio lighting or differences in device screens and monitors. We strive to represent our pieces as accurately as possible, but subtle variations may appear depending on your display settings.
