1. Made-to-Order Production: Every item is made to order specifically for you upon order confirmation.

Production Time: 5 to 10 days (depending on the complexity of the item).

Total delivery time includes both the production period and courier shipping time.
2. Delivery within United Arab Emirates: We deliver to all locations across the UAE through trusted third-party courier partners.

Shipping Fee: 30 AED flat rate.

Transit Time: 5 to 7 days (after production is completed).
3. International Deliveries: We currently do not offer standard worldwide delivery at automated checkout. However, if an international order is placed, you will be contacted directly to arrange the delivery details, calculate shipping costs, and process your delivery payment before fulfillment.

Shipping Fee & Payment: Calculated manually based on destination, package size, and weight. You will be contacted directly to finalize delivery details and complete payment for the fee before dispatch.

Transit Time: 7 to 10 days (after production is completed and payment is cleared).

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to local customs clearance, import duties, or taxes set by the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Handling: Once your item finishes production and is dispatched to our third-party courier, you will receive a confirmation message containing tracking details to monitor your shipment. Please ensure all contact numbers and delivery addresses are provided accurately at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
